We use only the most current research available to prepare our bikini and figure athletes in the healthiest manner possible, taking consideration of both their physiological and psychological health. Please be aware that if we feel your competition goal date is too soon, we will communicate that with you as we do our best to keep competition prep as healthy and sustainable as possible. Rushed, short sighted competition prep can have negative physical and psychological effects – including post-competition rebounds (excessive weight gain) and eating disorders/disordered eating. We vow to do whatever we can to keep your long term well-being and success in mind when advising your contest prep.

16-week online IIFYM-based Competition Prep.

This program includes monthly personalized training programs delivered through our Fitbliss App, macro prescriptions and weekly monitoring of progress, energy, strength, measurements and lifting form to maximize your results. Weekly check-ins are done through our Fitbliss check-in process which monitors your physical, mental, emotional, and psychological health.

We will advise you on the entire process – from macros to posing, hair, suit, tan, makeup and the ever alluring “peak week”.

We generally recommend
16-24 weeks for contest prep (sometimes longer for women with little lean muscle mass and/or 30+ pounds to lose).

Price will increase to “competition season” pricing when you are 16 weeks out from your show date. 

This is a monthly continuation of our online health and fitness coaching. This program is ideal for anyone who is very confident in tracking macros and lifting in the gym and who has completed Phase 1 of FBF Online Coaching.

*If you do not have an understanding of how to track macros, you will need to complete a Phase 1 program.

POSING

Posing is often one of the most overlooked aspects of contest prep by Novice competitors. If you truly want to take it to the next level, it is important that your overall stage presence, posing and stage look are polished, classy and professional. At Team Fitbliss we believe in building beautiful, confident routines that allow the amazing women we work with shine. We do our best to provide an environment where you feel comfortable to step out of your comfort zone while still creating a routine that is truly “You!”
