  • Women who live outside of the Salt Lake City area that would still like to be a part of Team Fitbliss and do the Ladies Lift monthly programming.

Our Approach

We believe that programming should be written for a women’s body. We were tired of the status quo. Tired of feeling like men dominated the fitness industry and we wanted to give our clients resources to leave them feeling confident in the gym, strong, and empowered! We use years of experience to build programs that are designed to shape the female body, increase strength, and create longterm health. When you join Ladies Lift, you are doing so much more than just starting a lifting class, you are joining a community of amazing women.

Fitbliss Express

This class will be the perfect place to learn to use barbells and free weights or to fine tune your skills. Don’t worry, you will still get a great workout, but the focus will be teaching on point form over weight. We will help you decide when the time is right to transition to one of the other programs!

* NOTE: New members will spend at least one week in these classes and will be able to bump up once approved by Ladies Lift coaches.

Program Goals:

To educate lifter on everything from gym etiquette,  breathing and bracing to perfect squat form. Coaches will be detail oriented and ensure you feel very confident in the gym.

Ideal Participants:

  • Women who are new to lifting & Fitbliss Fitness

  • Women who need to improve their technique

  • Women who want to ease into the program

  • Women who have taken time off from training

  • Women who have recently given birth

Duration: 

60 min.

Fitbliss StrongFit

This program plays off of our signature Fitbliss Hybrid programs which implement progressive strength, hypertrophy work, general athletic training and HIIT cardio.

  • Overall fitness, strength, conditioning, body shaping

  • Maximum calories burned in class for fat loss optimization

Ideal Participants:

  • Novice- Intermediate-Advanced Lifters

  • Athletes prioritizing fat loss

  • Athletes who like HIIT style training/sweaty workouts

  • People who are in prep for NPC Bikini Contest as their current primary goal

Duration:

90 minutes

*NOTE: Please arrive 10-15 min. early to warm-up.

Fitbliss Power

Conjugate Training

This class will be modeled after Fitbliss’ application of the Conjugate System. Schedule is as follows: Day 1: Max Effort Upper Body (Bench, OH press variation),  Day 2: Max Effort Lower Body (Squats/Deadlifts), Day 3: Dynamic (speed) Upper Body, Day 4: Dynamic (speed) Lower Body. In addition to these main lifts we will also do accessory work intended to strengthen weak points, overall fitness  and for hypertrophy.

We will change up resistance, bar, tempo, range of motion, etc. each week via  bands, chains, boards, duffalo bar, ssb bar, sling shot, blocks, etc.

Maximum strength gain, lean body mass gains, body shaping.

(*Please note, you can still optimize fat loss with this program if you are following a calorie deficit and possibly adding cardio as per your primary coaches’ recommendations.)

  • Powerlifters, Aspiring Powerlifters

  • NPC Competitors in Building Season
