MONTHLY PROGRAMMING

For mamas-to-be who like to lift, it can be tough navigating the gym through each phase of pregnancy.

There are specific core exercises that expectant mothers both should and shouldn’t do, mobility limitations to consider, and modifications to be made to certain exercises, cardio types and goals. While it’s not an ideal time to build crazy max effort strength, it CAN be a great time to add some muscle tone where you want it as well as ALL of the already recognized benefits of exercise during pregnancy. Remember, strength is never a weakness!

Each month your Fitbliss app  will update with a new 4-week block of programming. Of course you always want to listen to your body and use that at your guide, but, you’ll never have to find yourself at the gym wondering if you should be doing this or that movement again!

Each exercise in our program is filmed and explained in detail by one of our very own Fitbliss coaches so you know exactly what to do. Should you have any additional questions, you can always use the in App chat function, post in the Fitbliss Strong Pregnancy Support Group and if needed you can even share one of your lifting videos for form feedback from one of our expert coaches.
