A little about her

I work as a case manager for individuals with disabilities. I like to hike, camp, travel, spend time with my family and my dogs, and be outdoors.


What brought her to Team Fitbliss

My awesome fiancée signed me up. She heard of Fitbliss through Bailee, a fellow Ladies Lift athelte.


Her favorite lift

Anything upper body! I love bench press and working my arms.



Someone who inspires her

Not to sound cliche or anything… but my fiancée is a huge inspiration to me of strength, love, kindness, and being a champion of life.


What she has accomplished since joining our team

I finally have some definition in my arms! I am learning to have a healthier relationship with food and my body- and it’s awesome!


Her favorite macro-friendly food

A mixed bowl of cottage cheese and berries with a dash of cinnamon. Haha. It might sound gross, but it’s super yummy!



A struggle along the way

A struggle has been being consistent with my food intake each day and not over consuming multiple days in a row.


Biggest takeaway from working with Team Fitbliss

Consistency is key! It is hard work to see progress both physically and mentally but consistency is what makes it possible.


Upcoming goals

To become more consistent with my food intake, increase my strength and definition throughout my body, and ultimately, to become the best and healthiest version of myself-physically, emotionally, and mentally. 


A last note

I love being a part of this community! The coaches and the ladies at the gym are all so awesome and welcoming! I appreciate the coaches and their knowledge. I have really enjoyed being a part of the Fitbliss gym!
