You’ll be assigned a primary powerlifting coach to guide you through the process. Together you will define your goals, weak points, and game plan for the upcoming training block.

We’ll create a custom plan for YOU — whether you’re a year out or ready to start your Meet Prep

Submit your weekly check-ins where we’ll review your training videos, progress photos and health stats to ensure that you are on track to reach your BIG goals while also prioritizing your health. 

When it’s time to compete, we’ll have your back. You can even make arrangements with us to have a coach present for handling your meet day for a small fee of $100 for local and national meets.  

We coach all levels of powerlifting athletes from novice to elite. No matter what point you’re at, our team of coaches are dedicated to ensuring the best competition prep experience possible. 

Do you prep high level athletes?

We coach all levels of lifters. No matter where you are at, our team of coaches are dedicated to ensuring that you have the best competition prep experience possible.


Do you coach beginners?

You will get to choose the primary coach who you will be checking in with on a weekly basis. This person will write your training programs, answer your questions and offer emotional support.

That being said, one of the things that makes our team so great is that you will have access to your primary coach. Plus, each one of our prep clients are overseen by our team of Powerlifting Coaches, who are all female athletes and competitors themselves. Together we will monitor your progress, assess plateaus and make adjustments to your contest prep plan as needed.

Do I get to choose my coach?

Most meet preps will be anywhere from 12-16 weeks. Though working with a coach cohesively through an off-season through hypertrophy stages and conditioning are highly recommended. 


How long will my prep take?

We are able to help you prep for any federation whether that be USPA, WRPF, AAPF OR USAPL.

What federations do you coach people for?

Throughout meet prep and/or off-season, cardio may be prescribed per the athlete and the coaches discretion. Most of our cardio will be utilized in conditioning via short rest periods, brief warm up cardio sprints, and some prescribed cardio on off days.

How much cardio will I do?

4-5 days of strength training is common. However, you may have more or less depending on lifestyle and current gym activities. 


How many days per week should I expect to train?

We utilize a flexible dieting approach which will require you to track your food to hit specific goals, especially a daily protein amount and caloric target.
