Fitbliss was one of the pioneers of online coaching—we launched our fully virtual coaching model in 2014 and introduced our Lifting Club subscription app in 2017. Over the years, we’ve fine-tuned our systems to deliver a deeply personalized, high-touch experience—no matter where you are.
Using modern technology and our proven processes, your coach will stay closely connected to you through weekly check-ins, video updates, custom programming, and direct communication. We know it can feel a little intimidating to try something new, but once you experience the depth and detail of our coaching process, you’ll see just how powerful virtual support can be.
All Fitbliss coaches undergo a rigorous internal education and training process before working with clients, covering a range of topics including exercise science, nutrition, communication, mindset, and sustainable habit change. They also participate in quarterly continuing education sessions led by our Chief Science Officer to stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based strategies. In addition to their Fitbliss-specific training, every coach holds a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree and/or an accredited certification in coaching or nutrition. However, it doesn’t stop there—our coaching staff collaborates closely with a team of in-house experts, including a registered dietitian, physical therapist, pharmacist, therapist, and blood work specialist, to provide well-rounded, truly personalized support for every client.
Progress looks different for everyone and depends on several factors, including consistency, effort, communication, lifestyle, stress, genetics, and your ability to follow through with the plan.
That said, most clients start feeling noticeably better, more energized, clear-headed, and motivated within 4-6 weeks. Physical changes are built through consistency.
Your coach will design your evidence-based training plan entirely around you—your schedule, equipment access, preferences, goals, and physical needs. Whether you’re aiming for strength, physique changes, performance improvements, or longevity, we’ll create a plan to match. Whether you train at home or in the gym, your coach will adjust your programming on a weekly basis to keep you progressing without experiencing burnout.
Your coach will create a personalized nutrition strategy tailored to your preferences, goals, lifestyle, and health history. Some clients use macros, others lean into portion guidance, meal templates, or mindful eating—we’ll choose what works best for you and your consistency. Regardless of the approach, our goal is to establish sustainable habits and a solid foundation, enabling you to maintain your results over the long term.
If questions or concerns arise between your weekly check-ins, you’re welcome to reach out through your coach's preferred method of communication (text, email, app messaging, or Marco Polo). Your coach will respond within 36 hours, Monday through Friday, to ensure you’re supported every step of the way!
Each week, you’ll complete your Fitbliss Check-In Workbook that captures everything from daily macros and weigh-ins to sleep, energy, digestion, mood, training performance, mindset, and lifestyle habits. This provides your coach with a comprehensive view to make informed, data-driven adjustments and is where they will provide your formal weekly feedback and program changes.
You can expect timely, thorough, and thoughtful communication throughout the coaching process. Our coaches are highly engaged and committed to your progress. Each week, you’ll receive detailed feedback on your check-ins to help you stay accountable, motivated, and clear on your next steps for success.
Once you have filled out your coaching application, we will be in touch within 36 hours to schedule your consultation call. During this call, you and your coach will dive into your goals, challenges, lifestyle, and the most strategic path forward. From there, we will tailor your plan and set a start date that works for you—some clients begin within just a few days.
