Hey, we're Anneke and Lynndsey - we are the founders and co-owners of Fitbliss Fitness. We realized that there was a big oversight in the fitness coaching industry — coaches that actually care were hard to come by. Plus, quick fixes, impossible diet restrictions and suboptimal workouts were all too common. We had to do something to address the unhealthy fitness culture and provide an approach for women, by women. This is why our partnership started with a mission to create sustainable, evidence-based fitness and nutrition programs that benefit your mind, body and soul.
