Our Coaches

I started just like many of you, wanting to better myself, stay active, and feel more confident in my body. I remember how intimidating it felt at first, but also how powerful it was to finally commit to working with a coach and learning what my body was capable of. I felt stronger, more disciplined, more confident, and proud of myself for doing hard things. That shift changed everything for me.

I knew I wanted to help other people experience that same lightbulb moment where fitness stops feeling overwhelming and starts feeling empowering. Now I’m passionate about helping people build a lifestyle that’s strong, sustainable, and something they actually enjoy long term.

What degrees and certifications do you hold?

  • B.S. in Kinesiology, Minor in Nutrition
  • NASM Certified Personal Trainer
  • NASM Certified Nutrition Coach
  • IFBB Pro Card in Fit Model

What core value is most important to you as a coach?

Sustainability.

I believe you can reach big goals through hard work, flexibility, and balance, not extremes. Fitness should fit with your life, not against it, and my goal is to help clients build habits they can actually maintain long term.

What types of clients do you work with?

I work with both:

  • Lifestyle clients who want to improve habits, build sustainable physique goals, learn about their body, and focus on longevity.
  • Bodybuilding Competition athletes preparing for bodybuilding shows who are ready to work hard, show up consistently, and fall in love with the process.

How do you handle clients who feel burnt out, frustrated, or stuck?

First, I like to meet them with reassurance instead of pressure. Burnout happens to everyone, and I want my clients to know it doesn’t mean they’ve failed… It just means we need to adjust.

I usually help them zoom out and remember their WHY, then we look at what’s actually causing the stress. Sometimes it’s training, sometimes it’s life, sometimes it’s expectations being too high. From there, we make a plan that feels doable again.

My goal in those moments isn’t just to get them through the week; it’s to help them build resilience and confidence so the next hard phase feels less overwhelming. I want them to know I’m always in their corner and we’ll figure it out together 🙂

What is your biggest non-negotiable in your coaching relationships?

Honest communication and shared effort.

I never expect perfection, but I do expect openness. The more honest clients are about what’s working, what’s hard, and what they need, the better I can coach them.

And on my side, I promise to show up fully for them — but I also believe this process works best when we’re both invested. When clients are willing to put in the effort and stay engaged, that’s when the real transformation happens.

What fitness myth do you find most damaging, and why?

The idea that food (especially carbs) is something you have to “earn” or “burn off.”

That mindset turns nutrition into punishment instead of fuel. Psychologically, it builds guilt around eating and disconnects people from what their body actually needs. When we shift toward fueling performance and health instead of punishing ourselves, progress becomes far more sustainable.

What advice would you give someone who’s afraid to start their fitness journey?

Being nervous just means you care.

My advice? Just start. Action will take you further than fear ever will. You don’t have to figure it all out alone, and having support around you can make the whole journey feel less scary and a lot more exciting.

What does being part of the Fitbliss team mean to you?

Being part of Fitbliss has honestly been life-changing for me.

It’s not just a coaching team, it’s a group of strong, supportive women who truly care about each other and the people we coach. I’ve grown so much here, not only as a coach but as a person.

The environment pushes me to be better, learn more, and show up at my highest level, and I feel really grateful every day to be surrounded by people who share the same passion for helping others live healthier, stronger lives.

What’s something about you outside the gym that is a big part of who you are?

Two things: I deeply value time with my husband and our puppy; walks, beach days, and exploring new places are my happy place. And I love traveling. Experiencing new cultures, food, and environments lights me up. A big life goal of mine is to visit every continent.

What is your go-to ‘macro-friendly’ take-out order?

I love Cava’s build-your-own bowl. One of my favorites is a Mediterranean-style bowl with greens, marinated chicken, rice, cucumbers, pickled onions, and veggies — filling, balanced, and easy to track.

What is your go-to hype song when going for a new PR?

Let’s go with a humble classic 😉 “All I do is Win” – DJ Khaled, T Pain,  Ludacris, Snoop Dogg & Rick Ross

What are your favorite shoes for leg day?

Nike Blazers — they’re stable, simple, and my go-to for lower body days.

What is in your gym bag?

I keep my headphones, tripod, lifting belt, hip thrust pad, ankle straps, wrist straps, booty bands, resistance bands, and posing heels — plus a little essentials pouch with things like deodorant, hair ties, a brush, perfume, and chapstick.
