What Is the OCB?

The Organization of Competitive Bodies (OCB) is a respected natural bodybuilding federation committed to drug-free competition. The OCB is known for its strict and transparent approach to athlete testing:

• Mandatory polygraph tests for all competitors

• Urine testing for overall winners

• Policies designed to ensure a level playing field

Because of these standards, athletes who compete in the OCB must bring not only a well-developed physique but also a long-term dedication to natural training and lifestyle.
